Mouse users

To start adding videos, click the “Add videos to play” button. Select one of the videos under the “Video bank” heading and drag it into one of the 4 available slots. Repeat the same process to fill the remaining three slots. You can drag videos back into the “Video bank” and replace it with another video or click on “Reset” to start again. Once you’re happy with your choices, click “Save”. To play/pause videos, click on the “Play videos” button at the bottom. To play the audio only, click the “audio only” (you can toggle between video and audio by clicking this button). To change the videos within the slots, click “Edit videos to play”. Here, you will be able to repeat the process as before.

Keyboard users

To start adding videos, navigate to the “Add videos to play” button using the tab key. A white outline will appear around each button in keyboard focus. Press the enter key once the “Add videos to play” button is in keyboard focus. Navigate to the videos under the “Video bank” heading using the tab key. A black outline will appear around each video once in keyboard focus. Press the enter key to open the popup menu, which allows you to add videos to each slot. Use the tab key to navigate to each option and press the enter key to choose a slot. Alternatively, if you decide against adding a video to a slot, select the “Close menu” option and navigate to the next video. Navigate to the “save” button to save your changes using the tab key. To play/pause videos, navigate to the “Play videos” button at the bottom using the tab key and press enter. To play the audio only, navigate to the “audio only” (you can toggle between video and audio by clicking this button), also using the tab key and pressing enter. To change the videos within the slots, navigate to the “Edit videos to play” button. Here, you will be able to repeat the process as before.

Mobile users

The slots are stacked on top of the “Video bank”. To start adding videos, click on the menu button (the button with the downward arrow and the word ‘Menu’). The menu options will open within a dropdown. Tap on the “Add videos to play” to make the dropdown disappear and to give you the space you need to drag videos into each slot. To start dragging, hold your index finger on one of the videos for two to three seconds. Then, move your finger up to one of the slots. Before letting go, wait for the white dashed border to appear within your chosen slot. Once the white dashed line has appeared, let go and the video should show in the correct place. Once you have repeated the process for the other slots, either tap the “Save” button above the instructions or re-open the dropdown and tap the “Save” menu option. Now, unlike the desktop version of the resource, each video has a seperate “Play” button. This is due to the fact that browsers on mobile devices don’t support videos playing simultaneously. This means that you need to play the videos one-by-one instead. To play the audio only, tap the “audio only” button. To change the videos, re-open the dropdown and tap on the “Edit videos to play” button.
